I never quite understood why bubbles were only for special occasions. Isn’t every day a special occasion in its own right? As we embark into 2022, I’m excited to make more little moments of magic in the every day–starting first with more bubbly!

I think it should go without saying, that every day brings moments of joy and magic–even in the smallest of ways. Part of why I started this blog, was to honor those small moments and to inspire others to do the same. I’m so thankful for this cherished little community that has grown because of that–it truly makes me so happy.

As 2022 begins, I’m so excited to be working with Just Enough Wines again! Last summer, we celebrated the launch of their rosé and I’m so thrilled they’re at it again with yet another new favorite of mine–bubbly.

When it comes to bubbly–I tend to veer towards bright, crisp and floral varieties. Just Enough always captures my palette perfectly–I swear it’s like they know me or something! But in all seriousness, they’re incredibly delicious. I love both the Brut Bubbles and the Rosé Bubbles – they’re perfectly crisp, inviting and refreshing.

To pick a favorite would be way too hard–but I will say the Rosé Bubbly is great for easy go-to pairing when I’m having a little at-home happy hour. It’s soothing and creates the perfect balance between sweet and crisp.

I’m so honored to work with the folks over at Just Enough again. As a company their mission is so inspiring to me, and really makes me genuinely want to support them.

Their core value is sustainability in that their wines come from SIP-certified sustainable vineyards. Let me just break that down for you: SIP-certified sustainable is a fancy way of saying that they’re a rigorously sustainable vineyard that undergoes strict, non-negotiable standards based on science, expert input, and transparency.

Their aluminum cans are infinitely recyclable and are physically lighter than your average glass wine bottle–which reduces their carbon emissions during the shipping process. It’s CRAZY how the little things add up, and suddenly you realize how much waste can be created by even the simplest of processes. Every time I’m shopping for wine, I always try to research the winemaker to understand their sustainability mission–and Just Enough is one of my go-to's. They’re also a local SF female-founded company (working in tech in the bay area–I know how special this is!)

As crazy as our world is right now, sometimes a night in with a glass of bubbly can seem a bit trivial. However, I’m a firm believer in the idea of little joys creating a big impact. It has become a weekly staple in our house to shut off our phones, put on a record, light a few candles and pour our favorite wine on the odd weeknight evening. I always come away from these pockets of blissful peace feeling so refreshed, inspired, and relaxed. Cheers to more of these moments throughout 2022 and beyond.
