European Inspired Kitchen Decor
I have a deep love for kitchens. Their beauty stems deep–through beautiful finishes, materials and layouts. There are so many possibilities when it comes to the kitchen. While I’m not in a position to completely renovate our kitchen (we rent)–I’m instead focused on how decor can inspire the dream you’re lusting after in a smaller, yet impactful way.
With a trip to Italy not necessarily in the cards for this year–I’m lusting after European-inspired kitchen designs. From everything to tile to marble–I’m obsessed with their beauty and earthy/practical nature. With that in mind, I thought I’d curate a few decor pieces I’ve been eyeing to add to our kitchen to soothe my kitchen-renovation lust.
I love adding little elements of charm into our home–the kitchen especially. Our kitchen is such a little hub–we spend so much time in there and always end up standing, sipping wine at the counter. I thought, why not put a little more love into the decorative pieces in this space to help evoke the Italian-inspired-wine-bar-cafe vibe that I’m going after. Even as a kid, I have such fond memories of gatherings that always ended up circling around the kitchen, with candles lit and music lightly humming in the background.
