Dragonfruit Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl

It is so crazy hot here in California right now so the only things I’m craving are smoothies and bowls! This recipe packs in a hidden veggie which I LOVE–and you can’t even taste it one bit.

Ingredients
1/3 cup frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1 pack frozen dragon fruit
hand full of ice
1/4 cup almond milk

Optional Additions / Toppings
flax seeds
coconut flakes
granola
blueberries for topping

Blend all ingredients on high in a blender until very thick. You’ll need to spoon it out of the blender. Enjoy!
