This week has been a week. Between all of the germs out there and the current world climate...I need all the distractions I can get. This weekend I’m taking things slow – and it’s my favorite.

To me, there is nothing better than a few restful days at home in sweats with absolutely nothing on the to-do list. SO I’ve had ample time to gather a few of my favorite weekly finds to help kick of a new week. Happy Sunday!

Half Baked Harvest’s Falafel Wraps are at the top of my list to make this week!

For the love of food

With such a focus on filling our pantries lately, I love Bon Appétit’s recipe roundup of best things to make with whats in your cabinets. This pantry pasta is first on my list – it looks uber comforting and soothing.

I also found this essay on what it means to be “prepared” to be super interesting. It talks a bit about weekly food prep and how it can help our weekly routines. I used to prep food for each week ahead but fell out of it because it was so time consuming. However this might get me back into the prep game!

This pink salad is freaking gorgeous! It’s on my list to bring to my next spring gathering.

I played around with Minimalist Baker’s One Bowl Carrot Apple Muffins and they were bomb! I adapted her recipe with a yummy crumble topping and it was so delish!

These baked sweet potatoes with chickpeas and broccoli pesto look divine! I’ll for sure be making these for dinner one night this week.

This falafel naan wrap recipe is inspiring our dinner tonight!

From the style world

Shopbop is having their spring sale and it ends today! Consider this your last hail mary PSA!

Mango also is having a flash sale this weekend. I love this leather jacket…it’s such a cute add for spring.

I just bought this new foundation from Beauty Pie (a recent beauty favorite for me) and I’m super excited to try it. If you don’t know already, Beauty Pie is a must – their prices are insane for designer-quality products.

Caught My Eye

I’ve been wanting a few of these mugs for a while now, they’re so cool and funky.

If you know me, you know that my color palette is…minimal – so I loved this article from Goop about minimalism.
