Concept | February '20
Finally February. This month is special to me for a few reasons. Last year, we adopted Millie on February 17th. It was such a wonderful, memorable day. I can’t believe its been a year now that she’s been a part of our family!
February is generally fairly calm for me in terms of events and to-do’s. I’m hoping to take a girls trip over President’s Day which I’m so excited for. Hopefully we’ll get to travel up to the snow for some gal time and vino. That same weekend is also Millie’s adoption anniversary, so we’ll be doing a bit of celebrating!
This week my mom came over to help me organize. She’s such a good organizer and I love getting to spend some time with her too. We tackled our tricky hall closet - which is deep and narrow – not ideal for a ton of storage, but we made some things work! It feels good to really do a deep-clean of organization around our apartment. I feel like I still have a ton to do, but slowly its all coming together. That’s the thing about living in SF - you really need to maximize your closet space if you have it!
It was fun to watch the big game this past weekend too – thats probably why I’m a bit behind on posting. Sundays are usually my planning and shooting day, but this weekend I just relaxed and had a few glasses of vino while watching football. It was super nice to unplug – but its time to get back in it!
Excited for this month
Millie’s adoption anniversary! I’m planning a post to chat about it, and of course we’ll do some pup-celebrating

I’ve been super inspired by music lately, hopefully curating a playlist – or two – this month
