A Look At London

First off, if you go to London there are a TON of lovely places to stay. I highly recommend the London Edition. Its in SOHO so you feel cool enough without being in the hustle and bustle. The lobby is a glamorous balance of modern and historic while each room is minimalist, yet with a classical comfort that only London could achieve. Right after I landed, I headed to 26 Grains - which you'd love if you're a foodie, into anything with almond milk, or simply love pretty looking bowls of chia seeds and oatmeal. It was so delish and a perfect way to start my morning after landing at 7am local time (yikes).

Our first day we spent a day wandering Notting Hill. Starting off at brunch at Farmgirl was such a treat. Its a perfect spot for healthy do-gooders to go and feel like they're splurging while sipping a yummy turmeric spice latte. The rest of the afternoon followed by popping in and out of shops doing (what we do best = shopping). We ended at a fantastic pub called The Italian Job which, if you go, sit by the fireplace on the two sofas in the back, its so cozy and intimate.

A lovely short walk though Regents Park is a great way to start out the day. We went during the week so it was peaceful, and full pups out for their mid morning strolls.

Of course, on the list of to-do's was to visit a couple London gems. First was dinner at Bob Bob Ricard, which if you go, please order the Salmon tartar and do press the champagne button - good things will arrive shortly!

Tea at Sketch was mesmerizing. The interior is simply DIVINE but do go hungry as there are a million cakes and sandwiches that you'll need to devour throughout your stay.
