Summer Edit: Neutral Home Accents Under $100

As the summer progresses, one thing is for certain–we’ll be staying in our homes for the near and dear future. This year is unlike any other for that very reason. So why not adorn your home with a few beautiful (and budget friendly) objects to make each corner and surface that much more special?

I love living in shades of neutral. My wardrobe and home are such visual splendors in that way and it makes me so happy. Thats not to say I don’t love color–I absolutely do! But to me, there is something so welcoming and calming about a neutral interior.

Styling an interior with neutral accents by no means suggests that it’ll be all one color, either! The tip to remember here is to layer in accents of different textures, finishes, and materials to maintain a “neutral contrast” throughout the space. For example, if you’re working with a white sofa and lighter fine-knit pillows, be sure to mix in a few chunkier knit pillows that might be a few shades darker.

How adorable is this little stool?! I’d love to style it in our dining nook.

Last fall I purchased this candle and loved it! I’m excited to try this lighter version for late summer/early fall.

I can’t wait for this vase to arrive! The perfect receptacle for a branch of orchids.

I’ve styled these candle holders on either side of our bay window and love them! My next move is to add these beautiful twisted candle sticks to them–they’re simply stunning and add such a fun pop of texture!
