My Favorite Guac (With Hidden Greens!)
Guac is everything. Now this recipe, actually is everything–because it packs in a little hidden protein and veggies.
I make this recipe at least once a week. When it comes to guac, I like to load it up with all the extra flavor that I can–onions, garlic, cilantro, lime, you name it. So if you’re a boring guac person and only like avo and salt…this isn’t the place for you.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic
juice of one lime
pinch of cilantro, chopped
giant handful of spinach, chopped fine
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
You know the drill! Mix all ingredients together until combined to your liking. Serve with your favorite chips or veggies, and enjoy!
