Summer '22 Capsule–Investment Edition

Time for a summer investment…

Warm weather means its time for summer accessories! Now I love a good summery dress or linen shirt–however my true love is always in the accessories–sunglasses, shoes and bags.

When it comes to summer–the accessories we use play a really important role in our overall style. The impact of a beautiful bag on your overall outfit is actually really impactful. Each summer, I like to invest in one or two items that will carry through for many seasons beyond. One of my favorite investments was this bag–I use it all the time when its sunny outside and adore taking it up to wine country or on a picnic. Every wardrobe needs a straw bag!

Part of the purpose of this post was to curate a few of my favorite investment items to share to (hopefully) inspire you to start building your investment wardrobe. I pulled pieces that will evolve with trends and always be “in style”–as my true style is mostly traditional and subtle. However, I do love a little statement–so I do have some statement pieces in here that I know will be favorites for years to come. Happy summer shopping!
